What this record tells you
Hashrate is our node’s estimate of recent work over up to 120 BLAKE2b blocks. Each chart point averages recorded observations within a UTC-aligned bucket. Difficulty is also averaged, so a bucket spanning a change may show an intermediate value.
Empty buckets are omitted from downloads and shown as gaps in the chart. Null hashrates are excluded from the mean; sample counts reveal how many observations contributed. There may be missing samples inside a bucket. We do not reconstruct observations from before collection began.
Date-range links fix the period, rather than freezing the dataset. Recent records can change after a chain reorganization. For citations, retain a downloaded copy and its generation time. Read the full methodology.
